About
Passion-Driven Bird Care, Backed by Science and Innovation
At the heart of my work is a simple truth: wild birds deserve better. Better feeders. Better homes. Better care. That belief is what drives everything we do—from our 3D-printed birdhouses to our handcrafted feed blends and educational outreach.
My passion for animals began in early childhood, nurtured by supportive parents and a lifelong curiosity about the natural world. That fascination led to hands-on experiences with wildlife experts, summer research positions, and eventually, a career focused entirely on helping birds thrive.
It all started with bird banding at the UT Arboretum, part of a high school job through the Clinch River Environmental Studies Organization. Though the role began with snakes, birds quickly took center stage—and have never left. From managing bird populations at a military airfield in Iraq to earning the title of Certified Wildlife Biologist® back in the States, every milestone has reinforced one purpose: advancing bird welfare through science and stewardship.
A Unique Blend of Science, Craft, and Care
While none of our degrees explicitly focus on birds, our entire approach does. Every feeder, birdhouse, and nesting product is grounded in the science of avian behavioral ecology. We don’t guess—we study, we design, we test, and we listen to what the birds themselves are telling us.
Using 3D printing technology allows us to tailor our designs with unmatched flexibility, ensuring the safety, comfort, and health of the birds always come first. Our commitment goes beyond products—we offer personalized consultations for anyone facing a bird-related issue, from first-time feeders to concerned homeowners.
We Don’t “Own” Birds—We Support Them
Our mission is clear: to promote stewardship, not ownership. We believe in supporting entire bird communities, not just individual species. Whether you’re creating a backyard haven for songbirds or trying to humanely relocate a nesting bird, we’re here to help you do it the right way.
Education is at the core of what we do. We regularly lecture at the Oak Ridge Institute for Continued Learning (ORICL), work closely with Owl Ridge Raptor Center, and collaborate with local gardening and wildlife clubs. Our social media is dedicated to sharing best practices, debunking myths, and getting people genuinely excited about wild bird care.
Our Mission
Innovation with a Conscience
Caring for birds means caring for the planet, too. That’s why our 3D-printed products are made from plant-based, recyclable materials. Our packaging is already 85% compostable (we’re aiming for 100%), and local deliveries are made using an electric vehicle to minimize environmental impact.
We see our work not only as crafting homes for birds—but shaping a more responsible future.
Where We’re Headed
We’re currently expanding our reach across the region—and soon, the country. Our goal is to make high-quality, science-backed bird care products more accessible, wherever birds need help. We also dream of one day designing 3D-printed prosthetics for injured birds—a project that would merge our love of wildlife with cutting-edge innovation in the most meaningful way.
Let’s Talk Birds
There’s a right way to care for wild birds—and it’s probably not what your local store told you. Whether you’re just starting your bird-feeding journey or have a specific challenge you’re facing, we’re here to help.
Come visit us at a local market, strike up a conversation, and let us talk your ear off about birds. You’ll walk away with practical advice, a better understanding of the wild visitors in your yard, and maybe even a new birdhouse or feeder made just for them.
Because when birds win—we all do.
